During the Publication of my 2nd Book “The Flawed Good Man” Photo with His Excellency Governor of Meghalaya, had an appointment regarding the pre-publication discussion, of 2nd Novel in Raj-Bhawan, Meghalaya “The Flawed Good Man”.
